I Only Use It In Skin/Hair Care But I Love It!

So I don’t take this internally, but I do use it in skincare and hair care often and I love the stuff! I was sceptical the first time I bought it bc it seemed just like water, but when I put some on my face it had the same intense cooling, almost minty sensation I get from the gel inside fresh aloe!I know this brand sells a face spray, but it’s more economical to buy the big size and use your own atomiser bottle.I mostly use it when mixing my own masks or to give a quick, intense hydration boost, along with a hyaluronic Acid product, before oils and moisturisers.I also use it to dampen my face before sheet masks, and to dilute direct acids to minimise irritation.And it’s great to add BOTH moisture and hydration to hair, so I love using it before protein treatments.Also it seems overkill for but sunburns I spray on and pat in like seven layers of this aloe liquid, then I finish it off with gel from a fresh aloe leaf! It’s so soothing it almost makes me feel better abt forgetting spf (please don’t ever forget spf).Anyway I’m not sure what this does as like a supplement The label never makes any claims so I don’t expect anything, and don’t usually trust that.. but I’m not using this product for that purpose, and I love it plenty the way I do use it!
