EPIC Chicken Sriracha Jerky begins with a foundational commitment to sourcing chickens free of cages and crates and that are giving outdoor access. Chicken's mild taste and homogeneous texture act as a blank canvas for cooks everywhere, but has rarely been explored as a jerky. We took this challenge on by using our custom sriracha spice blend to harmonized notes of mild tartness and warm tartness and warm heat. The result is a unique jerky experience that can only be deemed EPIC!
