Omega Sport+ provides the foundation for good health by providing your body with the essential fatty acids it requires. We're talking about omega-3-6, & -9, which are the health fats your body needs. The addition of medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs) further supports energy production in the brain, heart, and muscles. Omega Sport+ includes turmeric, which in addition to being an anti-inflammatory, also aids in digestion. Vitamin D supports bone health.
