Tea is only as good as the water it is brewed in. Use filtered water as needed. Use one teaspoon for each cup of tea desired.

Green Teas: Pour 175?F water over the tea and steep for 1-3 minutes.

White Teas: Pour 175?F water over the tea and steep for 3 minutes.

Black Teas & Herbals: Pour 212?F water over the tea and steep for 5 minutes.

Oolong Teas: Pour 175?F water or less oxidized oolongs or 205?F water for more oxidized oolongs over the tea and steep for 3 minutes.
