Half a teaspoon per 25 lbs per day. We highly recommend double dosing the first 3 weeks of use, continue double dosage for acute conditions.

Contains a proprietary blend of certified 100% organic mushrooms mycelial biomass cultured on organic oats: lentinula edodes (shiitake), ganoderma lucidum (reishi), grifola frondoas (maitake), cordyceps militaris, trametes versicolor (turkey tail), argaricus blazei, hericium erinaceus (lion's mane), pleurotus eryngii (king trumpet), and antrodia camphorata.
