Take one serving (4 capsules) of C4 Ripped with food in the morning or early afternoon.

Capsule shell (bovine gelatin, titanium dioxide, fd&c red #40, fd&c yellow #5, fd&c blue #1, fd&c yellow #6), magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, rice flour.

This product is only intended for health adults, 18 years of age or older. Do not use if pregnant or nursing.
