this is a really tasty seasoning, and I enjoy it a lot. grinding is a little more difficult when you get to a new lemon peel chunk, but it's not too bad. I wish there was a bit more lemon, but I think it's settled at the bottom, a bit. I'll shake it up once I've used enough that there's space to do so
