This is so moisturizing and mild on my skin. I love using this after applying Rosewater petals facial toner (the one with hyaluronic acid). This is the only serum I found that does not have 20 toxic ingredients and phenoxythanol, and yet so affordable. I put this and the toner in refrigerator. I really don’t know any other serum just like this and only 20 bucks. Quality and ingredients are above than those expensive ones.Here is how I use this. Wash your hands then wash your face. After washing your face with a soap or cleansing gel (or foam), wet facial cotton pads with the rose water facial toner and gently press for 10 sec and still gently slightly wipe your skin. You can tab as well. Apply this serum. Tab tab and use facial cream.
