Discussion: Amla is an extract of Emblica officinalis, or Indian gooseberry. Amla extract is a source of tannins and other polyphenols such as gallic acid and has long been used traditionally in Ayurvedic medicine.

Take 3 capsules daily with/without food, or as directed by a qualified health care practitioner.

Capsule (hypromellose, glycerin and purified water) and sodium stearyl fumarate.
